PERFECT AUTUMN SNACK: PUMPKIN CRISPY SLICES

That fresh breeze and golden leaves dancing with the wind, cozy knits and red wine in front of fireplace. And what about the smell of pumpkin, perfect for autumn, right?

So here is for you today the easiest recipe of baked slices of pumpkin, so good with the glass of the red wine to share with girlfriends!

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

 

Pumpkin

Olive oil

Rosemary

Salt

Pepper

Garlic

What you need is one pumpkin and some spices to add the flavor. We used rosemary, salt and pepper and of course garlic which makes everything more delicious.

You will need about 20 min to get your make delicious snack ready. First step is to cut pumpkin into slices of about 1.5cm, as many as you want, we choosed to make the whole pumpkin and it was enough for 3 persons.

Display all the slices of pumpkin on the baking tray using first the baking paper. Then add the salt, pepper and pieces of garlic.

Add the olive oil and make sure to have the oven already on 230º. Then put in the oven and bake for around 15min, check it from time to time, as the time depends on the consistence of pumpkin you would like the most. Less time, when it’s covered with a golden crust, means it’s more soft while more time, and a darker crust means it’s crispy.

Serve it with a glass of red wine! Cheers!
