The first recipe we shared with you had a huge success and so we decided to keep this line, and still share with you something simple to make, delicious and italian. Yes, as italians we are very famous for food and we love this fact and there is nothing better that learn italian recipes from italians!

This time we share with you how to make two different delicious bruschetta, extremely easy to make and so delicious. Those will be perfect for any time of the day, from lunch to aperitivo and as starters for dinner.

CLASSIC BRUSCHETTA WITH TOMATOES
WHAT DO YOU NEED?

Bread

Olive oil

Basil

Oregano

Garlic ( fresh or freeze dried )

Salt

Cut the bread and then toast it in pan with a a bit of olive oil. In a bowl apart put the previously cutted tomatoes ( they should be very red and soft ) with garlic, salt and oregano. Mix everything.

Do not toast the bread for too long, about 2 min just to give it a crunchiness, then put over the previous mix of tomatoes and add a fresh basil all over or just a piece. A bit of olive oil over!

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

Bread

Goat cheese

Honey

Nuts

Toast the slices of bread in a pan and then put over the goat cheese, then add the honey and nuts.
